E.P.I.C. provides functionality requirements relating to articulation of curriculum design, strategy assessment, and collative data relevant to student/adult mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being. The design of E.P.I.C. offers a significant development/delivery feature including objectives and viability, development dependencies or any potential implementation constraints by the user. Systematic instructional design process is aligned with user goals and learning outcomes, motivating learners, increasing mental focus, providing novel and interesting views of curriculum advancement to stimulate real-world scenarios, providing stimulating alternatives of drill-and-practice instruction, and creating a virtual reflection of the user to be seen by pertinent parties including the parent, school, and outside organization.

Assessment Software Connects Youth, Parents, Schools, and Organizations

The E.P.I.C. Assessment infrastructure supports formative evaluations linking active and cooperative learning, physical and sport specific training, behavior, focus, leadership, and school relevancy.  This infrastructure links all aspects of Conditioned Minds camps, clinics, programs, and partnerships directly back to the parents, schools, coaches, and trainers.   

    • Parents connect to the whole child by being informed about the youth’s initiatives, goals, academic, community, and athletic achievements, as well as their progress in relation to behavior, focus, leadership skills, and every other pertinent measure of performance. This informative method aligns home discussions with actual workday performance.
    • Schools have the ability to connect extra-curricular activities as well as academic reporting. P.I.C. allows schools and organizations to identify, align, and enhance the young person’s progress on a social, behavior, focus, and performance accountability level.  The E.P.I.C. software is also designed to help school administrators, counselors, and teachers keep their kids motivated in the classroom through an interactive software school based incentive portal aligned with a student success online initiative design.   
    • Coaches and trainers are able to dissect and report various aspects of a youth’s focus, leadership, communication to align individuals, sport specific evaluations, and team evaluations aligned with their missions. By relating outcome performance in a challenging and competitive environment, coaches and trainers are guaranteed to increase performance and outcomes.  The assessment software also means potential increase in recruitment, reporting tactics, and turnover rates.



Games and Training Software Improves Focus, Academic Performance, Motivation, & Team Development

E.P.I.C. provides game applications created to challenge youth (and parents) while helping all improve focus skills. , quick memory reflex, hand-eye coordination, processing skills, attitude, balance, patience, and drive to succeed. Many of the games and training applications are designed around Conditioned Minds Core Training Curriculums. The E.P.I.C. games and training software can be used by an individual, small groups, or teams.

Leadership and Portfolio Applications Create Self-Awareness and Refocus

E.P.I.C. provides user academic applications aligning a guided path of preparatory measures connecting youth goals back to school missions; an online database of academic, community, and athletic achievements allowing the user to generate their connections to prior achievements; a user development application unlocking the fears of young males and females, tackling bullying, gang violence, and anger management while implementing character development; and a purposeful social application increasing emotional, cognitive, and behavioral engagement with peers.
