3:45 - 4:15 Contests

4:15 - 4:30 Mission Impossible - A motivational course teaching young people how to self-motivate during times of adversity.

4:30 - 5:00 Mindbender Activity - Challenging youth to slow down physically and think first.   Quick not fast.
