EXTREME ACTION VOLLEYBALL CAMPS

...DEVELOPING THE PROCESS TO CREATE THE MENTAL PLAYER

The Conditioned Minds Extreme Action Volleyball Camps are defined as exclusive cognitive camps using physical application to help participants find their true threshold mentally, emotionally, and physically on the court while enhancing fundamental skills, team drills, mental training, and team play.  Learned lessons help define the path it takes for each volleyball participant to reach their individual achievement zone at each of our EA Volleyball Camps.

ABOUT THE CAMP DIRECTOR: Kaitlyn Woodruff

Coach Woodruff has volleyball for nearly a decade. She began in middle school and had no idea what she was doing. By the time she reached high school, she was the #1 blocker in the state of Georgia. Her high school team made it to the Final Four in the State Tournament, and her club team was 4th at AAU which is a National Tournament.

Coach Woodruff has many positions but was the starting Middle for all 4 years of her collegiate career at Oglethorpe University. She was chosen by the NCAA to represent the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) at a Leadership Forum her freshman year. Coach Woodruff received honorable mention twice in the SAA and won the Sportsmanship Award from the Southern Athletic Association.

Coach Woodruff has coached and operated many camps throughout her volleyball career. She continues to have a passion for learning as a coach and loves integrating the life-skills necessary in today's game for young volleyball players.
