FAMILY FUN TIME CLINICS

Family Fun Time Clinics are for parents and youth to participate in together. With a focus on togetherness and bonding, each clinic session will challenge families to work together to accomplish a common goal. Each session will include:

PREP LAB (15 min)

Each session contains 15 minutes of fun active preparation activities.

SKILL & DRILLZ (30 min)
This 30 minute session features detailed instruction.
VIDEO SESSION (10 min)

Our 10 minute video sessions break down skill and drill performance.

ImPOSSIBLE (30 min)
Our 30 minute ImPossible lesson allows participants to set realistic goals.
