Rodney Zimmerman, the visionary behind Conditioned Minds Foundation, has an intuitive and personal understanding of the power of the mind. Mr. Zimmerman has served as an athletic director, educator, advisor, program director, coach, and tech entrepreneur. Mr. Zimmerman is a frequent speaker at assemblies, workshop symposiums, team events, and professional development initiatives. His presentations continue to leave audiences redirecting their emotional temperatures while feeling empowered to make change.

Mr. Zimmerman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from UCLA where he graduated while participating as a 4 year scholarship basketball player for the Bruins. After graduating, he played in the NBA for the Detroit Pistons and overseas in numerous foreign countries.

Mr. Zimmerman discovered his calling at a young age when he came to know the Lord. His deep spiritual connection with Christ provided him with a strong foundation and guided him towards a path of service to others. During high school, as an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Mr. Zimmerman experienced firsthand how his faith intersected with his passion for sports and serving others. Upon entering UCLA, he surrounded himself with like-minded individuals and embarked on a journey with Athletes in Action, traveling the globe each summer while sharing his faith and witnessing to those seeking to explore the message of Christ. During these transformative experiences, Mr. Zimmerman came to realize just how much perception directly influenced outcomes; ultimately laying the groundwork for the creation of the Conditioned Minds Foundation.
