Providing cutting edge training and curriculum design, Conditioned Minds continues to position itself around the country as a leader in student athletic character development. Youth are continuously challenged physically while mentally developing leadership characteristics and emotionally strengthening decision making skills. These same learned skills help physically train the mindset, inspire the mental strength to persevere, create an interactive cognitive approach, regulate focus and critical thinking, conquer the mental roadblock, increase athletic court and field awareness, and raise mental and physical thresholds. Through the creation of an experiential motivational and interactive work environment, our vision is to ensure participants gain the knowledge and motivation to achieve their desired goals.
