  2. Structures reasoning so that there lies an ability to have discipline with explosive athleticism and game smart attitudes.

P3 Course Design

Opening Activity:

  • Aerobic Preparation

Activities:

  1. Realistic Scenario-Based Training:
    • Develop realistic scenarios or simulations that require individuals to assess their surroundings, identify relevant information, and make decisions under time pressure.
    • Use Reaction Time & Decision-Making Analysis to measure individuals’ response times and decision-making accuracy in simulated situations.
  2. Cognitive Processing Skills Development:
    • Implement training exercises to enhance individuals’ cognitive processing skills, such as attentional control, perception, and information processing speed.
    • Incorporate Reaction Time & Decision-Making Analysis tools to assess and track improvements in individuals’ cognitive abilities over time.
  3. Feedback and Debriefing:
    • Provide immediate feedback on individuals’ performance in situational awareness exercises, highlighting areas of strength and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct debriefing sessions where individuals reflect on their decision-making processes, discuss alternative strategies, and identify lessons learned.
  4. Multisensory Training:
    • Engage individuals in multisensory training activities that involve processing information from different sensory modalities, such as visual, auditory, and tactile stimuli.
    • Use Reaction Time & Decision-Making Analysis to evaluate individuals’ ability to integrate and respond to information from multiple sources in real-time.
  5. Environmental Awareness Exercises:
    • Design exercises that challenge individuals to navigate and interact with their physical environment while maintaining awareness of potential threats or opportunities.
    • Incorporate Reaction Time & Decision-Making Analysis to measure individuals’ ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions and make quick, effective decisions.
